Free delivery within the EU
Your order is shipped via DHL Express. Shipping for orders with a value of €60 or more will be free of charge within the EU.

Payment
We currently accept payments via credit card through Paypal.

Countries
At the moment we are shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK (due to Brexit we might need to adjust our conditions for the UK in the future)

Shipping
We normally ship your order the same day if on stock but not Saturday or Sunday, or a holiday.

Shipping of batteries
According to the transport regulations, rechargeable batteries can only be shipped by certain shipping providers. Therefor we are not offering any kind of spare parts for any Xiaomi Scooter Mijia Pro or M365 that includes batteries.

Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Time
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of € 4.90 for all orders. If your order exceed € 60 the shipping is free of charge.

* We ship to Norway and Switzerland including customs declaration. These shipments are subject to import taxes, customs and brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you and offer to ship the parcel again one time for free. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be rebilled to the customer. If you suspect your order of Xiaomi Scooter Mijia Pro or M365 spares cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 6 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
